The actress, who was mired in controversies and publicity stunts many times before, was not even given the benefit of the doubt when she announced her marriage to a UK-based businessman. Rakhi claims to be married to a man named Ritesh and says that he is extremely shy and not media-friendly.
However, the news of Rakhi Sawant's marriage seems to be true! Her husband, Ritesh, has spoken to spotboye about their wedding and many other things. He calls Rakhi "superior" to him and considers her as "God's gift".

Speaking about what he loves the most about Rakhi, Ritesh told the entertainment portal, "Her outspokenness. She is very frank and I think that's a great virtue." He also added that Rakhi is a different person off the camera. "Rakhi may be a different person in front of the camera, but she is a wonderful person at heart," adding that his marriage with the Pardesiya Yeh Sach Hai Piya actress is "going fine."
When he was prodded about the reason why he chose to stay away from the limelight, Ritesh said, "How does it matter what people think about my existence? Let them believe or not. I have a family. Rakhi has a family. We are both happy. That's all that matters."
Rumour was that Rakhi is pregnant. Ritesh, however, quashed the pregnancy rumour and affirmed that she will soon be pregnant. There were speculations that Rakhi's wedding story is untrue and the photos were part of a professional photoshoot.

Ritesh confesses that he became a Rakhi Sawant fan after watching one of her interviews. In an earlier interview with mid-day.com, Rakhi Sawant had said, "I am happy with my married life. I love my husband like God. I love my Jesus because Jesus has given me my Pati Parmeshwar, and I love my husband a lot. I don't care what people think about me," said the 40-year-old.
Rakhi hasn't shared any pictures of or with Ritesh yet. Her husband says that in due time, he will definitely reveal his identity.
