Thanks to their outstanding performances, Mumbai's Aakarshit Gomel (U-19), Onkar Haresh Jadhav (U-16) and Sidak Singh (U-14) were chosen for this year's Ramesh Rajde scholarships which have been initiated by a trust formed by former India player Anshuman Gaekwad and Vijay Chowgule.
The trust has been awarding scholarships to budding cricketers of Mumbai since its establishment in 2007 after Rajde’s death. Rajde represented Dadar Union club.
