Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone to pair up again for 'Tamasha'

Director Imtiaz Ali is looking at recreating the onscreen magic between Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone. The film, that was earlier titled Window Seat, has now found a new name. It has now been titled as Tamasha. Says a source, “Ranbir had already said yes to Imtiaz’s next film, but now Deepika has also given the project her nod. The film was earlier called Window Seat, but it has now been changed to Tamasha. Imtiaz has also roped in A R Rahman for the fiilm’s music and Irshad Kamil will pen lyrics for it.”

The source adds that pre-production of the film has already begun.
“The film is produced by Sajid Nadiadwala and it will go on the floors sometime in June-July this year. It will be interesting to see both Ranbir and Deepika team up again,” says the source.
Imtiaz Ali remained unavailable for comment.
