Ranvir Shorey, Saidah Jules drop their inhibitions in 'On The Ramp'
Ranvir Shorey and foreign import Saidah Jules have shed their inhibitions for debutant director Imran Khalid's upcoming film, On The Ramp.
The two cosied up in a bathtub for a romantic track. The film is about a struggling fashion designer, but the director had his own share of struggles in convincing the actors to enact the scene.
Says a source, “Ranvir and Saidah initially were apprehensive about the sequence. After a discussion, the director made then realise the importance of it.”
Russia-born German-bred Saidah, who was seen in brief roles in films like Pyaar Impossible and Right Yaa Wrong, essays the female lead in the film. As they play lovers in the film, there were a lot of steamy scenes to be shot.
Adds the source, “After a lot of convincing, the actors finally agreed and the scene was shot aesthetically. When the two actors saw the final outcome they were convinced with the director’s vision for the song.”
