Robert De Niro, Meryl Streep honoured in NY
Actors Robert De Niro, Meryl Streep and Whoopi Goldberg have been honoured by New York Mayor at Made in NY awards.
The Hollywood stars were feted alongside US talk show host Kelly Ripa on June 4 for their significant contributions to the city's entertainment industry, reported Daily Express.
"The Heartbreak Kid" star Ben Stiller's comedian parents Jerry and Anne Meara were presented with Lifetime Achievement accolades. The annual event, held at Manhattan's Gracie Mansion, featured a performance from the cast of Goldberg's Broadway musical 'Sister Act', led by singer-actress Raven-Symone.
