Salman Khan wants to meet Sooraj Pancholi
The star has apparently asked the aspiring actor to come to Hyderabad for a tete-a-tete
Sooraj Pancholi is finally home, after spending three weeks behind the bars. And quickly enough, we hear that Salman Khan has called for the aspiring actor to meet him in Hyderabad, where he is currently shooting for his next film.
Incidentally, Subhash Ghai too is set to join the duo in Hyderabad to discuss about their upcoming project. Sooraj had been roped in to play the lead in Salman’s remake of Ghai’s 1983 film Hero. The filmmaker is co-producing the remake.
Sooraj is currently at his home after the court granted him bail and his parents Aditya and Zarina are relieved that their dear son is back. While the veteran actress says, “We want to give him his space,” Aditya points out, “I think Salman has called him to Hyderabad next week and I will request the police to allow him to go and meet him. We will see what he (Sooraj) wants to do as of now. We could take him to a counsellor.”
While stating that the remake will go on the floors as planned, Ghai says, “Salman will take the final call. I will be going to meet him next week. It’s just bad luck; I don’t think Sooraj should be blamed for what happened. But Salman will take the final call and decide how and when things will happen.” According to some insiders, the star could also hold a press conference in Hyderabad. Sooraj was arrested on June 10 on the charge of allegedly abetting the suicide of actress Jiah Khan.
