State Bank of India had an easy outing as they blanked Goregaon SC 3-0 in a Super Division match of the Mumbai District Football Association (MDFA) League at the Poinsur Gymkhana Ground yesterday.
The bankers struck all goals in the first half through Shravan Shetty (25th min), Hassan Rizvi (28th) and Shreejit Shetty (35th). In another tie, Renaissance beat Soccer XI 2-0 with a goal each from Sean Braganza and Calvin Pereira.
