Rich in Watermelons have one of the highest percentages of water among fruits. They also have a good amount of fibre, and like all fruits, are rich in antioxidants.
How does it help you? The high content of water means that watermelons are perfect for hydration during summer. The fibre guarantees good bowel movement. The antioxidants help fight diseases such as cancer. For instant refreshment in summer, have chilled slices of the fruit.

Rich in Tadgolas are rich in potassium and like watermelons have a high water content.
