Consumerism is an environmental threat. And one of the easiest ways to take a green step is to simply buy second-hand things. That's why a garage sale called The Local Thrift is here to help.
In its second edition, it has collaborated with three thrift stores to offer vintage clothing, besides bags, jewellery, books, glassware, home decor and electronics. And if you have things you don't need anymore, you could drop it in a donation box at the venue.
