The 90s sensation, playback singer Shaan, who has crooned numerous beautiful songs and made superstars of Bollywood shake a leg on his numbers, reveals that he has stopped receiving the kind of playback singing offers like he would get earlier.

In an exclusive chat with mid-day, Shaan poured his heart out and said, "I have stopped receiving the kind of playback singing offers I would get earlier. But I have no regrets or qualms about it." Shaan has spent relatively 25 years in the film industry and says that the young and new talent should be given a chance. "When I entered the industry, I was new too, and there were already renowned singers existing. Now, I've spent 25 years that I've lent my voice to the film industry. The new talent and singers are given priority and I completely understand the process."

However, he says that we should make the most of our time. "Now, I've started to practise singing even more now. I have participated in various reality shows, dance shows, films. This way, I have done all that I ever wanted to do."

Shaan has come up with his personalised app, Shaan Official App, where his fans can directly get in touch with him.
