The 63-year-old star, after resuming her jury chair in the talent show, took a dig at the two young judges and said they do not have what it takes to be a success on the show, reports a website.

"If I were a contestant and there was a young girl or guy on the panel, who's had success but not long success because they are so young, and they were telling me what I should and shouldn't do, I would tell them what to do," she explained."I would. I think when you are advising people on their career, it always comes better from people who have had experience through age and who have had a long career themselves," she added.

Sharon, who will now be seen judging the show alongside Simon Cowell, Nicole Scherzinger and Louis Walsh this season, explained how the current jury is different from the previous panel.

Earlier, Rita was slammed by Louis, who said that she has "turned last year's X Factor into a fashion show, knowing nothing about talent." The mother-of-three lashed out at the 25-year-old songstress after the 2015 show's review dropped leading to a total change of panel.
