Shootout at Gurgaon: Armed men barge into hospital, shoot at two persons
Armed assailants barged into the intensive care unit (ICU) of a Gurgaon hospital and shot a father-son duo admitted.
Armed men on Tuesday barged into a hospital in Gurgaon, the outskirts of Delhi, and shot at two persons who were undergoing treatment, injuring them seriously.
The men, numbered around seven-eight, barged into the Sunrise hospital and shot at the duo, identified as Satveer and Jaginger alias Jolly, eyewitnesses said.
They said it could be a case of some property dispute for which the duo were engaged in a legal battle. According to the police, the victims were hospitalised after having been attacked from their rivals at the Gurgaon court premises earlier in the day.
The duo have been referred to Medanta Medicity hospital in a serious condition.
