Earlier in the day, the 'Golmaal Again' actor had issued a statement to share the news with his fans. "We are over the moon thrilled and delighted to share that we have been blessed with a beautiful ba+by girl on this very auspicious day. Soha and our gorgeous baby are doing well. We thank you for your kind wishes, love and blessings," said Kunal Kemmu in a statement.

After dating for a few years, Soha Ali Khan and Kunal Kemmu tied the knot in January 2015. Talking about her husband, Soha had said, "Kunal and I have been together for nine years now. We feel very blessed and were ready for this phase in our life. But I haven't felt alone at all." "I have my and Kunal's family. Kunal has been a wonderful partner and this phase can be overwhelming for the to-be mother and father. He has done very well," she said.
Soha's elder brother and actor-producer Saif Ali Khan welcomed his first child Taimur with Kareena Kapoor Khan last year in December.
