The match finished 0-0 at the end of regulation time. In the tie-breaker, Aman Shaikh and Rushab Wagchawre scored for St Theresa, while only Prathmesh Kasare could find the target for Dominic Savio. The Bandra boys were ecstatic as they were beaten by the Andheri outfit in the third-place match last year.
"It’s a good win today but tomorrow, we face Don Bosco (Matunga).
I hope my boys play their hearts out tomorrow too", said St Theresa coach Akshay Jadhav.
