The Supreme Court (SC) yesterday said it would hear the plea filed by a member of the controversial Campa Cola society on January 6, seeking a recall of its earlier order asking them to vacate the flats built in violation of the sanctioned plan
The apex court bench, headed by Justice H L Dattu, directed the listing of the matter after senior counsel Mukul Rohtagi told the court that the residents of the flats described as irregular had already paid their penalty to the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation to get the structure regularised.
