Author and technology enthusiast Ankit Fadia has just launched his latest book, titled Faster, in the city.
The 28-year-old who has already authored 15 books, reminisces about how he caught the technology bug: “I was glued to the computer when my parents bought me one at the age of 10. I wrote my first book when I was just 14-years-old. Since then, I have been helping the Indian government and the Police and working with them and conducting training and consulting workshops. Next up, I will be writing a fictional thriller on the subject of cyber hacking.”
Fadia says that his latest book offers information about apps as well as tips for all age-groups for a safe and quick Internet experience.

You can stop guessing your phone data usage and put an end to exorbitant bills by getting the Onavo Count app on your phone. How to customise the look and feel of your Facebook
Open the Social Fixer website (http://socialfixer.com) and select the browser you are using, to download the app to your computer. How to detect if your account has been hacked
On Gmail, there is a Last Account Activity feature that allows you to get information about when, how and from where your account has been accessed for the last few sessions. How to trace your lost/stolen Android phone
The app Plan B can be installed from the Play App Store. Make sure that you are logged in to the same google account that you normally use to download apps on your missing android phone. Make sure that the correct phone model and network provider are mentioned on the screen. Click install. On losing the phone, if Plan B manages to connect to your phone through the computer, you will receive an email at your Gmail account, containing the map with the exact location of your phone pinpointed!
