A teenaged girl was allegedly set ablaze by three youths after she objected to sexual harassment in Uttar Pradesh's Pilibhit district, police said here today.
The incident took place last night at Mohammad Beni Chowdhury area when the 17-year-old girl resisted the harassment by three youths - Munna, Adnan and Amar, after which they poured kerosene on her and set her on fire, police said.u00a0
The girl was rushed to a local hospital where her condition is stated to be stable, they said, adding that no arrest has been made so far in the incident.
