Fashion designer Ritu Beri's kidswear label, Baby Beri will be supporting the Blessed Hearts Foundation, an organisation for kids with its 1960s' themed fashion show, tomorrow

Several designers have been supporting a cause close to their heart with the help of their designs. Delhi-based designer Ritu Beri too will be aiming to spread awareness about autism among kids with her fun collection for kids under her label Baby Beri.

“People in our country are still unaware of the number of kids who are suffering from autism. The Blessed Hearts Foundation works for the improvement and upliftment of the condition of these children.

We work to raise funds for autism and try to create greater awareness for the same in our country. The philosophy behind it is to create a magnificent future for the children of India,” says Beri.

Beri has been inspired by the Hippie era for her 2013 show, and the clothes follow a colourful, carefree spirit with long silhouettes, remniscient of the era. Lending his support to the cause will be actor Abhishek Bachchan, who will walk the ramp for Beri tomorrow, in Delhi.
