Triple injury blow for Poland

Poland defender Damien Perquis and midfielders Eugen Polanski and Dariusz Dudka could be in doubt for the Euro 2012 co-hosts' must-win match against the Czech Republic after suffering injuries in Tuesday's 1-1 draw with Group A leaders Russia

The three players underwent tests yesterday, instead of taking part in a training session.
