Yesterday, Twinkle Khanna's cousin Karan Kapadia was spotted outside a Juhu gym. The late Simple Kapadia's son makes his debut in Behzad Khambata's untitled action film. The youngster is beefing up for his role. Some fitness tips from brother-in-law Akshay Kumar will come in handy.
