Nawazuddin Siddiqui's two films, Liar's Dice and The Lunchbox will be screened at the Sundance Film Festival in the US.
The festival will be held from January 16-26 in Park City, Utah. Liar’s Dice has been selected in the competition category while The Lunchbox will be showcased in the non-competition category.

Malayalam actress Geetu Mohandas who marks her directorial debut with Liar’s Dice says, “I am ecstatic about Sundance especially for my team who believed in this project despite shooting in difficult terrain on the Indo-Tibet border. Sundance is an added bonus in this Liars Dice experience.”
The film which also features Geetanjali Thapa and a child actor Manya Gupta. Alan McAlex who co-produced the film with Ajay G Rai was also associated with Peepli [Live]. Says Alan, “I was the line producer on Peepli [Live] which went to Sundance in the competition category in 2010 and it’s great to be back this time as a producer of Liar’s Dice.”
