AITA chief Anil Khanna yesterday said he hoped that Leander Paes would agree to the association's decision to partner him with Vishnu Vardhan while Mahesh Bhupathi pairs up with Rohan Bopanna for the Olympics.
While assuring Paes that he will also be teamed up with Sania Mirza for the mixed doubles, Khanna said: “The AITA agrees that this decision is unfair to India No 1 and World No 7 Leander Paes. The AITA holds Leander in very high esteem and appeals to him to accept the decision in the best interest of the nation.”u00a0
