Neil Nitin Mukesh brushes aside all speculations of romance with co-star Puja Gupta after he rushed to her rescue on the sets of their new film
He may claim to be a singleton, but that does not stop Neil Nitin Mukesh from being the lady's man. While shooting for his next film with Puja Gupta in Kenya, he came to her aid when the actress was taken ill. 
Gupta who has been shooting shooting in the jungles of Masai Mara was exposed to direct sunlight for days and hence suffered burn marks all over her back.
Neil along with the rest of the unit members stepped up and arranged all kinds of medication possible for Puja. Says a source, "She was in bad shape because her back was burning all throughout.
She was wearing backless outfits for hours together in the sun, which caused the problem. They had doctors come in but the infection was a little too intense."
Adds the actress' spokesperson, "She continued shooting despite the burns." However Neil apparently not just helped Puja with medicines, but even requested that the shoot be pushed back for a bit, till she heals completely.u00a0
Adds the source, "Neil was spotted with Puja at Dheeraj Deshmukh's wedding as well. But very recently there were reports about him being spotted lunching with Sonal Chauhan.
So at the moment, we don't really know if he is involved with either of them." Neil however steers clear of the speculation. He says, "I will help my friends whenever they are in need.
And for the record, I am very much single." Puja adds, "I am thankful to the entire unit because they took good care of me while I had fallen sick. Not a moment did they make me feel like I was alone."
