US tennis star Serena Williams prefers to dance than work out at a gym to maintain her fitness, especially during off-season.
"It's a fun way to workout instead of going to the gym and running on the treadmill for 30 minutes. I really enjoy that. I dance a lot to remain healthy," she was quoted as saying by People magazine.
Williams added that she tries to keep herself active during the off-season to maintain her fitness and dance plays a very important part in that. "Especially for me, it's important to stay fit in the off-season. I usually do cardio for half an hour and dance is very good," she added.
