SI Ram Yagya Yadav, posted at Mohanlalganj police station, was yesterday suspended by Senior Superintendent of Police Manjil Saini.
However, police said it was not clear whether the person giving the foot massage was a complainant or a detainee. Circle officer has been handed the inquiry into the matter and given two weeks time to submit his report.
