A naked man who was allegedly high on drugs, and was spotted wandering around Moscow’s streets, indulged passersby to a pole dance after the police handcuffed him to a lamp post. It wasn’t clear if he was dancing or trying to escape, but the video shows him throw his legs up in a karate kick style move, before landing hard on the ground.

The man was tracked down by two cops who had received complaints about him since his aimless wandering was making people nervous.
But the cops didn't want to put the exhibitionist inside their police vehicle and so handcuffed him to a nearby pole while waiting for an ambulance.
The video of the incident has someone laughing in the background and can be heard saying: "This is a strip dance, now I get it."
It's unlikely that the man was doing a pole dance since he can be heard shouting and appealing to the people standing around to save him.
