Martial arts specialist Vidyut Jammwal designs own action sequences with an international stunt team for his next film

Vidyut Jammwal, the action man!

We often hear of actors trying to do their own stunts for their films but seldom have we heard of someone who actually designs the stunts himself rather than just wanting to see it through. And that’s exactly the case for Vidyut Jammwal, who is currently shooting for Vipul Shah’s next film, helmed by Dilip Ghosh.

Our source says, “The film promises to have never been seen before stunts on the Indian screen and Vipul is personally looking into every detail. There is no harness, no wires or safety measures on the sets. The idea is to touch a whole new level of action with stunts and sequences that will take audiences by storm.”u00a0Vidyut has apparently been working closely with a stunt team that has been flown in from South Africa for the film. The source adds, “The team has worked with the likes of Tom Cruise, Daniel Craig, Matt Damon, etc.”

Producer Vipul Shah says, “His extensive martial arts background gives Vidyut a very strong expertise in the action and stunt space. He has trained across different parts of the world and has been exposed to various international martial arts forms. He went to Punjab a week before the shoot schedule to design the stunts with the team and even practice them before the actual sequence.”u00a0
