On a dramatic day of upsets, Jangra of Indian Navy fashioned the biggest of the tournament following an exciting 11-3, 5-11, 11-9, 11-9 win over the favourite for au00a0 surprise entry into the championship round.
Third seed Sachika Balvani stunned No 2 Ankita Sharma 3-2 in a thriller to advance into the women's final.
Balvani of Otters Cub rallied from a 1-2 deficit to win the last two games for a nail-biting 9-11, 11-9, 9-11, 11-6, 11-9 win in a tight contest that could have gone either way.
