However, she also credits this to working with director Vikram Bhatt. “Both he and Bhatt saab (Mahesh Bhatt) are very intuitive and they can see through you as an actor and also understand the kind of person you are. So as an actor, it’s a blessing to work with a director that you can surrender to completely. For me he’s not just been a director, but also a mentor. He’s like a sounding board and I can talk to him about any aspect of my life,” she adds.
