Believe it or not! A goat had to pay a very heavy price for wandering in and grazing in a judge's garden.
The goat, who was arrested on Monday for the 'crime' in Chhattisgarh's Korea district, was granted bail on Tuesday.

The police action follows a complaint filed by district magistrate Hemant Ratre's gardener. The goat, named Babli, and its owner Abdul Hassan, have now been booked under charges that carry a two to seven year jail term and a fine.
Police at Korea, which is about 350 km from state capital Raipur, claim that the goat is a 'repeat offender' and the owner of the 'criminal' had been given warnings earlier.
"The judge's bungalow has an iron gate and the goat used to jump over it and enter," said Assistant Sub-Inspector R. Srivastava was quoted as saying.
"The peon, who maintains the garden, had warned the owner of the goat many times. So, on Mondya he filed a complaint and we arrested the goat and its owner. A case has been registered under Sections 447 and 427," he added.
Abdul Hassan has admitted that his animal had had grazed on flowers and vegetables from the judge's garden.
The video of the 'tragic incident', which took place on Monday, went viral on Tuesday.
Hasan was booked under IPC's section 447 (criminal trespass) and 427 (mischief causing damage) based on the complaint of Judicial Magistrate (first class) H Ratre yesterday, SHO Janakpur police station RS Paikra told PTI.
The magistrate had yesterday called up senior police officers to complain about the goat's antics following which the animal and Hasan were brought to the police station.
Hasan was today produced before the court of a Tehsildar which sent him to two days remand, the SHO said, as he refused bail.

"The 'arrest' of a goat is ridiculous. Chhattisgarh police has made fun of themselves by doing so," Congress leader Shailesh Nitin Trivedi said, adding, "Those accused in rape cases are moving freely".
"The most painful and disappointing aspect is the entry made by an ASI of Chhatisgarh police in diary that the goat used to graze despite several warnings. Chhattisgarh police is communicating with even goats, this is one aspect of the incident," he added.
OTHER INSTANCES OF ANIMALS BEING ARRESTED IN INDIA
This isn't the first such instance of the Indian police arresting or summoning an animal. In August 2015, a parrot was summoned by the Maharashtra police for "verbally abusing" a woman and then a few days later, the Maharashtra Police jailed a goat.
The parrot, named as Hariyal, was reportedly trained for two years by its owner, Suresh Sakharkar, to abuse his stepmother, Janabai.
The bird apparently insulted Janabai every time she walked past Sakharkar's home in Rajura, Maharashtra. The family were living separately apparently because of a property dispute.
The police did not press charges against the parrot, but handed it over to the state's forestry department.
Strangely, unlike the parrot, the goat hadn't even committed a 'crime' and had been locked up after a complaint was registered by its owner for cattle theft.
Last year too, cops locked up a pigeon in Manwal village in Punjab over suspicions of it being a Pakistani spy! It was
listed as a 'suspected spy' because of a note in Urdu found taped to its foot.
