Vivian Dsena quit the TV show, 'Madhubala', a couple of months ago saying that he didn’t wish to play an older character. Looks like producer Abhinav Shukla and his team have now caved in to his demands and in a bid to have him back on the show, they have offered him a young character. It is being said that he will now play a mentally unstable person who will eventually turn negative.

Vivian says, “My new character is completely different from the old one. I don’t look like a 40-year-old, and in keeping with my looks, I play a young man. In fact, I quit the show over this issue and now that it has been sorted out, I am happy to be back.”

Ask him if he was called back due to the show’s low TRPs and he says that he is in no position to talk about that. “That doesn’t concern me. All I can say is that Abhinav has always been a friend and when he called me and told me about this new character, I said yes right away. There was anyway no bad blood between us when I decided to quit the show.”

There have also been reports about Vivian wanting a fee hike and how his exit and entry are all part of an elaborate publicity stunt, but the actor denies it. “Some people have been spreading malicious rumours about me and I can’t go about stopping them from doing so,” he says.
