The Bollywood star landed in trouble for allegedly abusing Mumbai Cricket Association (MCA) officials including some managing committee members and security staff at the Wankhede Stadium after the match that virtually sealed Kolkata Knight Rider's playoff berth.
He is said to have misbehaved and pushed the security guard at the stadium, following which he also abused MCA officials when they tried to intervene late Wednesday night.
"He pushed the security guard and misbehaved with him. He also used bad language with security officials at the stadium and when we tried to intervene, he yelled out expletives at us," MCA Treasurer Ravi Sawant told reporters Thursday.
Following the incident, MCA officials registered a complaint at the Marine Drive police station.
