The makers of one of the most loved shows of television – Kasautii Zindagii Kay are once again set to entertain the audience with its reboot version. Ekta Kapoor is as excited as the audience to put forth the new love flavour. However, Ekta Kapoor's Balaji Telefilms shared the reboot version's teaser on Twitter and there have been an overload of comments from the netizens.The teaser has the same title track of the show and has Elena Fernandes in the signature black dress with the long red dupatta.

The teaser had Shweta Tiwari's comment which proves that she is equally excited for the show. She commented writing, "Wow… Congratulations and All the best for new TV saga… title song looks AMAZING (sic)."
Ever since the show's sequel's announcement, the fans have been getting curious to know who will be roped in for the lead roles. From the teaser it's clear that Erica Fernandes plays Prerna, however, the mystery behind its male lead Anurag Basu still remains unsolved. Names such as Kushal Tandon, Ssharad Malhotra, Shaheer Sheikh and many such other names are still popping up. However, latest reports suggest Parth Samthaan's name for Anurag's character and names such as Hina Khan and Madhurima Tuli are doing the rounds for Urvashi Dholakia's negative character, Komolika.
