Barfi: Ranbir Kapoor will be seen as a deaf and mute character in the film while Priyanka Chopra plays a woman suffering from autism. The theme of the film is about finding happiness in the smallest things of life. Release date: September 14


Heroine: Madhur Bhandarkar marks his return to serious cinema with this flick, which has Kareena Kapoor playing the lead role of a once top actress, whose career is on the decline. Release date: September 21


English Vinglish
English Vinglish: Sridevi’s comeback vehicle, the film has the veteran actress playing a housewife, who enrolls for an English speaking course to please her family. Release date: October 5


Ishkq In Paris
Ishkq In Paris: This film marks Preity Zinta’s comeback to the big screen. Zinta, who is also the producer of the film, plays a strong-headed woman, who falls in love with a guy, but finds it difficult to settle down in Paris’ urban lifestyle. Release date: October 5


Student Of The Year
Student Of The Year: Set in a high school, this Karan Johar film will have a bunch of newcomers in the lead. Kajol has a special appearance in the film while SRK will be playing a professor. Release date: October 19


Son of Sardaar
Son of Sardaar: A remake of the Telugu movie ‘Maryada Ramanna’, the film is a romance drama starring Ajay Devgn, Sonakshi Sinha and Sanjay Dutt. Release date: November 13


Shah Rukh Khan and Anushka Sharma
Yash Chopra’s untitled film: A love triangle featuring Shah Rukh Khan, Katrina Kaif and Anushka Sharma, the film marks Yash Chopra’s return to direction, eight years after ‘Veer Zaara’. Release date: November 13


Talaash: A psychological thriller, the film revolves around a cop, a housewife and a prostitute, who get entangled in a mystery. ‘Talaash’ has Aamir Khan, Rani Mukerji and Kareena Kapoor in lead roles. Release date: November 30
