Be it flipping of cars, adrenaline pumping action scenes or thrilling car chase sequences -- director Rohit Shetty has mastered the art of adding a dose of action to his films. And now, he has unveiled a video titled "Heart Behind Action" as a tribute to all the stuntmen.

Rohit, who is a son of late stuntman M.B. Shetty, released the 11-minute video on YouTube with an insight into what went behind bringing the action scenes of “Dilwale”, which promises action, romance, humour and entertainment.

The team including a stellar cast with names like Shah Rukh Khan, Kajol, Varun Dhawan, Kriti Sanon and Sanjay Mishra, of the forthcoming film also saluted the spirit of the stuntmen, with SRK calling them the 'real heroes'.

Shah Rukh tweeted: “We seldom get to see the real heroes behind scenes. The stunt lives on, sometimes the stuntman doesn’t. Grateful to them.”

In the video, Rohit talks about the grit and determination that goes behind filming action scenes, and how the stuntmen walk on a thin thread between life and death. He reveals that “Dilwale” is one of his most ambitious action films, and the final result is due to the hard work of stuntmen from three countries -- India, Bulgaria and South Africa.

In the clip, Rohit said: “Everyone sees the flying cars, but see what goes behind it, see the hard work, see the preparation. I do plan each and every action, look into the safety, but there is no surety as everything is by experience and not by book”.

Varun also posted: “People who feel it's easy to fly and crash cars should watch this #rohitshetty #realhero”.

Kriti shared that they “literally give their blood and sweat for their work! Just to entertain you all! The true heroes behind the action that you all see”.

Director Anubhav Sinha was touched by the gesture as he shared: “Delighted to see this acknowledgment! They deserve this and more. So looking forward to #Dilwale. All the best.”.

The audience can catch all the action when “Dilwale” hits the screens on December 18.
