Deepika Padukone is performing an extremely difficult exercise- Swan Dive, which is about strengthening your back muscles, activating the glutes and a workout that challenges your core. Celebrity trainer, Yasmin Karachiwala posted this video of Deepika doing a Swan Dive. In the video, Deepika is seen lying on her tummy on the Pilate machine, wherein, she pushes her body weight back and forth with her arms and legs pushed straight in the air.
Here is the video:
#MondayMotivation at its best with @deepikapadukone doing the #SwanDive on the #Reformer. This exercise strengthens the back muscles, challenges the core and activates the glutes. #befitbecauseyoudeserveit #yasminfitnessmantra #YasminsBodyImage #BeFitwithYasminKarachiwala #Pilates #PilatesMasterInstructor #PilatesIndia #BalancedBody #CelebrityTrainer #DeepikaPadukone #fitnessgoals #bosu
No wonder, she aced the 'Ghoomar' song. Thanks to her fitness regime that she's got such a toned and flexible body! Swan dive involves a lot of strength and concentration and is a difficult form to get into. However, Deepika glides through the machine like butter with a calm and composed posture.
The 'Padmaavat' actress recently dropped in at an awards ceremony organised by the Italian Consulate at a Juhu five-star on Friday. She looked gorgeous in a red and white striped saree which she teamed up with a long-sleeved black backless blouse flaunting her toned back and the infamous tattoo on her nape. She had tied up her hair neatly in a bun. Deepika was earlier spotted at events where pictures showed her sans the famous tattoo. Whether clever photoshopping or makeup we will never know the mystery behind that we guess!
