Kahaan Baxi, who captured the unusual sight, says he saw the rider at the intersection of ITO and Vikas Marg in Delhi. Sharing the video on his Facebook wall, he wrote, 'Meanwhile in India.' It was also shared on a popular Dog group on Facebook.
The video has been viewed over 354,000 times.
