The svelte figure is a result of a mixture of weight training, yoga exercises and leading a healthy lifestyle. She actively participates in International Yoga Day and has become an inspiration to many. Reportedly, Malaika suffered an injury in her hamstring and switched to Pilates for its solution and ever since she swears by this exercise form. The lady not only treats her fans with her gym looks but also posts her workout videos for them.
