JULY 15, 12 PM: Watch noted lyricist Gulzar bring alive Pinocchio, in his Hindustani musical adaptation of the story. The play is about Geppeto, the poor woodcarver, who carves himself a puppet out of a block of wood. A turquoise-haired fairy takes pity on the old man and brings the puppet to life. However, Pinocchio soon falls in with a variety of bad company. What follows is a story of repentance.

Megan G Murray is an Indian born singer-songwriter currently living in Los Angeles after moving there to pursue a career in music. While her own music and style can be best described as an eclectic mix of blues, rock and funk, she is known to be passionate about blues and soul. Encouraged by her father’s love for music and her own passion, Megan took part in several choir, theatrical productions and talent show in India. She is one of the youngest artists to have done the Independent Artist Program from Los Angeles. She is also the recipient of the Student of the Year award.
