A. If you are not having hypertension or there is no family history of vascular disease; and if Viagra has helped you in your erectile dysfunction, you can continue it. It would also be advisable to take the same on empty stomach so that it is better absorbed and hence it will turn out to be more effective. Please see that you don't take the same more than once in 24 hours! Almost all Indian brands are safe. It would be wiser to buy of a reliable/reputed company. If possible try to Avoid alcohol with Viagra.
