Currently busy shooting for the 'Azhar' in Hyderabad, Emraan Hashmi has requested the production team for a day off to come to Mumbai for the launch of his debut music single, 'Main Rahoon Ya Na Rahoon'. Although the song has already been released online, its makers have planned a formal launch tomorrow. Esha Gupta features in the romantic track opposite him.

"Emraan was not aware of the plans, until a week ago. The makers informed him about a grand launch in Mumbai on November 26. The actor then had to request the Azhar biopic team to give him a day’s leave," says a source close to the actor.

To compensate for his absence for an entire day, however, Emraan has been working a few extra hours."The shoot in Hyderabad began a fortnight ago. It is important that the schedule is not affected, so for nearly a week now, the film unit has been putting in two extra hours every day for things to remain on track," adds the source.

After attending the event, the actor will fly back to Hyderabad the very next day. The schedule will continue for another 45 days. Emraan confirms the news and says, "I am excited for the launch. It was fun shooting for the song."
