Will Cristiano Ronaldo have his own reality TV show?
Football superstar Cristiano in talks with Facebook for a 13-episode reality TV series that could give the Kardashians a run for their money
Real Madrid superstar Cristiano Ronaldo, 33, is reportedly going to have his own reality TV show. According to Variety magazine, the Portuguese footballer is set to give the Kardashians a run for their money. The 13-episode series with Facebook could fetch him $10 million (approx Rs 68 crore).
A single episode of The Keeping up with the Kardashians makes $10 million and the money is divided between the Kardashian-Jenner family — Kim, Khloe, Kourtney, Kylie and Kendall and their mother Kris Jenner, among others. Ronaldo's series could have content revolving around football, his life which could include love affair with Georgina Rodriguez, being a doting dad to four children — Cristiano Ronaldo Jr, Eva, Mateo and Alana.
The show is likely to be produced by National Football League star Tom Brady's Religion of Sports media company, which is behind the Tom v Time for Facebook Watch. According to sources, Ronaldo's reality show would be like Brady's docu-series which follows the New England Patriots quarterback both on and off the field.
Meanwhile, Ronaldo is also launching a superhero series Striker Force 7 and a football drama series based on a diverse high-school girls football team in New York that inspires the local community to transcend racial, ethnic and class differences dividing it.
