For most people who like backdoor entry, when it comes to sex,beware! In one of the rarest of rare case, a woman from Atlantic City, USA got pregnant by having anal sex.

At first the woman in concernd got really confused when she discovered she was pregnant despite not having had any vaginal sex. Dr Brian Steixner, a urologist in Atlantic City, explains this to Vagabond that this can be caused by a rare condition that some women are born with.
The condition is called cloacal malformation and causes a woman's bladder, vagina, and rectum to not fully develop into separately functional parts of the body. It makes the intestinal, reproductive and urinary tracts lead out the same opening - the anus.
Dr Steixner told Vagabond, "We knew about her condition, and we had followed her for a decade. After doing a whole bunch of X-rays, we determined that she got pregnant from having anal sex."
He added, that the condition is treatable through surgery, but, because of a botched procedure, the woman in this case never got effective treatment. The surgery connected her uterus to her rectum, and, as Dr Steixner says, caused several problems for her, including where she bled from during her period.
The team of doctors also had to deal with the question of childbirth. "Was she going to have to poop the baby out?"
