WWE Diva Mickey James made her return to SmackDown Live after she was revealed to be La Luchadora during the steel cage match main event between Alexa Bliss and Becky Lynch.

La Luchadora, who has been on WWE SmackDown women's champion Alexa Bliss' side during her rift with Becky Lynch, was revealed to be Mickie James. Becky Lynch fought Alexa but failed to cash in on winning the title after inteference from Mickey James.
Earlier the show kicked off with SmackDown COO Shane McMahon making a huge announcement for Elimination Chamber. AJ Styles, John Cena and the Miz entered the ring one after the other with Cena trying to cause a rift between Styles and Miz. McMahon then put the two in a match with John Cena at ringside. After AJ Styles pushed Miz onto Cena, the referee called off the match. After Miz tried to attack Cena, he hit him and then AJ Styles with the AA.
Natalya complained in the merchandise area where John Cena, Nikki Bella and Natalya's uncle Bret Hart's merchandise were present, and her's was not. Nikki Bella then showed up and the two got into a brawl with WWE officials seperating the two.
Dean Ambrose faced Randy Orton in a match which saw Luke Harper interfere yet again causing Randy Orton the match. Harper and Orton then began fighting with Bray Wyatt then punching Luke Harper. Bray Wyatt later stated that Randy Orton will face Harper next week.
Jerry The King Lawler had a segment with Dolph Ziggler where he questioned about the latter's losing streak. Ziggler then showed a 2012 video where he hit Lawler in the chest. Lawler called Dolph Ziggler a loser and was then kicked in the chest.
