Yaami Gautam's mother travels to UK to surprise her ailing daughter
There’s no bigger antidote than a mother’s love to beat the health blues. When Yaami Gautam fell sick on the sets of her upcoming film in London, her mom decided to surprise her by travelling across continents and landing up in London unannounced.

A unit member says, “It is a long schedule and Yaami is expected to be out of the country for more than a month. She is used to living alone in Mumbai but this is her first long outdoor schedule.”
It was during a regular call home that Yaami’s mom noticed her daughter was feeling unwell. “She flew all the way from India with home cooked food for Yaami. The actress was stunned,” adds the informer.
An overjoyed Yaami tells us, “I was really missing my mom and ghar ka khaana. The surprise was yummy!”u00a0
