It has been revealed that one of the critical factors in detecting the weak points of the systems is preventive activities.Instead of eliminating the effects of an event after it has happened, eliminating possible causes before it happens is an essential part of climate change resilience policies.
Unfortunately, not many people around the world know the Green Climate Fund except relevant bureaucrats of the states and the business world.This situationslows down the realization of the Fund's goals.
Green Climate Fund should therefore be known to all people and public participation in the Fund should be supported.If the public participates in these projects, the yield will increase rapidly.
