Name of the dish: Basket Gardenia

Ingredients: Bajra flour - 200 gms Til - 1/4th Tea spoon Kalonji - 1/4th Tea spoon Oil - 2 TBS (table spoon) Red chilli powder - 1 tea spoon Sprouted moong Paneer Palak/spinach Mushroom Green peas Sweet corn Black pepper powder Chat masala Black salt Lemon juice Salt to taste Spring onion Green chili Cheese cubes

Directions: To make the basket, first we will prepare the dough, that should not be too hard nor too soft, mix red chilli powder, kalonji, til, oil and salt to taste in bajra flour, once dough is ready, give it a baker like shape, and Pierce it a little. 2 Now bake those basket for 10 mins , after brushing it with oil after pre heating for 15 mins at 180 degree. 3 Now mix all the veggies with black pepper powder, black salt, chat masala, salt to taste, and lemon juice. 4 You can fine chop all the veggies, or cut them into small cubes, except corn and green peas, you can crush them a little.add chopped green chili as per the taste. 5 Now after the veggies mixture is ready take out the basket, fill it with this mixture, and bake it again for 5 mins. 6 Now remove it again, shred some cheese as per your like on the basket, and bake it again for 5 mins. 7 Your basket Gardenia is now ready, serve hot with ketchup or mint chutney. And decorate it with spring onions
