Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal are all set to tie the knot on December 9 at the Six Senses Fort Barwara situated in Sawai Madhopur, Rajasthan. Although neither of the two have officially given any confirmation, the District Collector addressed the mediapersons after his meeting where he discussed the law and order from December 7-10 when the wedding celebrations will take place.
As told by the District Collector of Sawai Madhopur, Rajendra Kishan, there will be 120 celebrity guests who have to follow all COVID-19 protocols. Those who are not vaccinated, will not be allowed without the negative RT-PCR test report, he added.
The wedding venue Fort Barwara, that has been converted into a heritage hotel, is situated in the panchayat samiti Chauth Ka Barwara. The venue is around 22 km away from Sawai Madhopur and is around 174 km from Jaipur.
Filmmaker Kabir Khan, producer Amritpal Singh Bindra, and director Anand Tiwari are likely to attend the wedding ceremony of Vicky and Katrina, who are fondly called ViKat by their fans.
Vicky Kaushal made a couple of visits to Katrina's residence in the past few days amidst wedding reports. Yesterday he greeted the paparazzi and happily posed for pictures, folding hands and waving at the crowd.
Katrina's mother and sister have been spotted shopping in the city earlier, and yesterday stylist Anaita Shroff Adajania too was spotted at the actress's residence.
Reportedly, special instructions have been issued to put event-related stickers on all vehicles associated with the event. The DC gave instructions regarding the compliance of Covid guidelines in the marriage ceremony, and briefed the hotel management and other concerned officials about law and order, security, traffic, parking etc.
