Start your day by eating food items that will balance your blood sugar and is high in protein, high in fiber, and good fats. If possible, go for a moderate workout for 20-30 minutes before the breakfast
If you have a lunch coming up, take a protein smoothie for breakfast and throw in a low-calorie fruit like apple or berries. You can add chia seeds too which have anti-inflammatory properties
If you constantly switch between strict and unhealthy meals and are constantly trying to lose weight then you need to work on your relationship with food. Try to eat half a plate and don’t eat for calories but to regulate your blood sugar. This will help your body to avoid carbohydrates
If your meal contains alcohol then compliment it with proteins like paneer or fish. Try to have grilled and roasted sides rather than fried or gravy-based food
If you like to have rice, then avoid having grains and bread. Try to eat too much variety of food. Eat more of few things than diverse foods to keep a healthy ecosystem in your stomach
