He has been equally contributing to his family business and spending his time working his possibilities as a Dancer. Though he always wanted to leave behind his regular chores and opt dancing as his full-time passion, he was only recognized after a lot of failed attempts.

He also got an opportunity to work as a director to RK Dance institute in Ahmedabad. Finally, in the year 2015, he was able to crack his position after multiple attempts and opportunities in Dubai. Rajesh has never given up on his passion even after so many failures and he definitely has been giving serious career goals to people who want to follow their passion.
From being a worker at an oil factory to being a full-time successful dancer-choreographer, Rajesh has definitely followed his heart and many of his co-stars do have the same to say about him on his Instagram. More than just passion, it was his hard work and the idea of never giving up on his dream, has the sole guiding force in his life.
Rajesh now has successfully worked with many stars including Bosco Caeser, Remo D'Souza, and many more in the industry. His biggest break has been with Dabang 2 and Street Dance 3 after working constantly to prove himself as a passionate Dancer Choreographer.
